I purchased this set recently. I find I use the pieces both as a set and often individually. They make a nice compliment to the Corelle pieces I already own. The fact that I can use them in the microwave and in the dishwasher is a real added plus. Because they are white, any color scheme you add i.e. candles, flowers only compliment the setting.Customer Review: nice but not great

these feel nice but the shape/style is not exactly my favorite. they're a bit too glass-white for me so that they look/feel like something that would be used in a hospital diner. they do feel strong and unlikely to chip/break. the big bowl is too big to be used for anything but a serving bowl.Customer Review: Love it!

Last year I purchased a patterned set of Corelle dinnerware and I've been very pleased.
However, the patterned set did not come with any kind of large soup, snack or pasta bowls, which I frequently enjoy.
When I saw this 5-piece Winter White Corelle Pasta set, I was sorely tempted to order it but wasn't sure if it would match well with my other Corelle patten or even if it would be the proper sized accessory set.
I ordered it last week, expecting it NOT to arrive for 4-6 weeks, since that's what [...] indicated on the item description.
Within 4 days I received my set and all I can say is...Wow! The plain Winter White set matches the white background of my patterned set perfectly and the size of the bowls is remarkable.
First of all, it comes with a large 2 quart white serving bowl which is perfect for popcorn, pasta, veggies or even a pot roast w/veggies. In particular I was very impressed with the 20 oz bowls because that is what I really wanted.
The 20 oz bowls are nice and wide which means they accommodate a healthy soup serving, a generous amount of single serve pasta, oatmeal, medium-side dishes of veggies. I just used mine to have myself a generous sized lunch of braised cabbage and noodles.
Since they are sturdy but lightweight, they are easy in my hands. I've had years of arthritis and carpel tunnel syndrome and have been editing and replacing my heavyweight dishes and bowls with the Corelle.
I was almost tempted to get the snack set or the three piece set and I'm so glad that I made the right decision with this pasta set. It is EXACTLY the size I was looking for. It's versatile, it's simple and pretty and it's easy to care for. It comes packed in a "fun pack" box. Plus it was a bargain at less than $[...]! All the other Corelle snacks sets offered by [...] are more expensive, don't have as many pieces or they're not as versatile.
I love, love, love my new Corelle pasta set. Hurry and order yours; you won't be disappointed.
